Information for Presenters

Invited Talk and Oral Presentation Length of talk Invited talk: 25 minutes for presentation, and 5 minutes for questions (total time 30 minutes) Oral presentation: 15 minutes for presentation, and 5 minutes for questions (total time 20 minutes). Available equipment for presentation PC projector with VGA connector for oral presentation.  We will also prepare Windows PC and Mac for the projector. However, we recommend you to bring your own PC, because of some incompatibilities on local systems. If you need to use OHP (over head projector), please contact the conference secretariat before the conference. Poster Presentation Poster size Size of poster board: 1.1 m in width x 1.8 m in height. An A0-format poster can be displayed as it is.  Material for attaching posters to boards will be provided. There will be three poster sessions, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Each poster presentation is allocated to one of the poster sessions. The posters should be mounted before noon on the day of presentation. All the posters must be removed by Saturday noon. All the poster can be displayed throughout the conference week. We strongly ask you to display your poster during the conference week for convenience to the attendees. xrm05@spring8.or.jp
