Registration can be done on-line (web-form), mail or fax (printed-form).
You can choose an appropriate way.

3. Payment of registration fee

Payment of registration fee is only by a credit card for foreign participants. If you have some problem or difficulties on use of credit card system, please contact to the conference office.

Payment of registration fee by bank transfer is available only for domestic (Japanese) attendants.

Please remit the early registration fee (or send the credit card form) by  30 April 2005,
and remit the post-deadline registration fee (or send the credit card form) by  31 May 2005.
